We started in Jodhpur, sometimes referred to as the Blue City—not only because the houses are painted blue, but because there's a relaxing, subdued charm to the place that immediately roots you. The looming fort, the old markets, the palaces hidden away in every nook—it's all like a fantasy world from an epic of days gone by (and, actually, one of Batman was filmed here!).
But it's not solely about monuments. It's about the sense of walking through centuries of tales, drinking local chai as the sun sets behind fort walls, and discovering just how much India can surprise you—even when you feel like you've seen it all.

From city blues to golden hues, the drive to Jaisalmer feels like a time machine. The landscape flattens, the sun gets harsher, and suddenly you’re surrounded by tales of ghosts, warriors, and merchants of a bygone era.
There's a surreal beauty in the desolation of the desert. We dropped in at an enigmatic ghost village (you'll have to visit to catch the chill), and by sundown, found ourselves camel-riding into the sand dunes.
Imagine this: gentle desert breezes, the sky a blushing red from sunset, and a live folk show against a million twinkling stars. No filters, no Wi-Fi—just clean, undistracted magic.
