Serene Chail Women Only Yoga Retreat (12 - 14 September 2026)
Day-wise itinerary specially designed by Wander Womaniya for girls traveling solo in India. We will have a certified yoga instructor onboard for this trip and there will be meditation & yoga sessions.
Day 1: Arrival & Unwinding in the Forest
Board the morning Kalka Shatabdi from Delhi, upon arrival at Kalka, you will be transferred to your stay in Chail. Chail is a short & picturesque drive of 80 km (4 - 5 hours) away from Kalka station.
Arrive at your Chail resort, Check-in, unpack, and get ready for the light sunset yoga session. The day ends with a calming meditation session followed by dinner.
Overnight at Chail Resort
Day 2: Enjoy a slow day in the hills
Start your morning on the terrace or lawn before the mountains fully wake up. Focus on dynamic sun salutations and deep pranayama (breathwork) to fully pull the clean, crisp Himalayan air into your lungs.
Post breakfast, enjoy an easy, quiet afternoon walking through the shaded trails of the Chail Wildlife Sanctuary. Also visit kali ka tibba today.
End the day with Sunset Yoga Session.
Overnight at Chail Resort
Day 3: End of Retreat / Train back to Delhi
Enjoy our final closing session at the resort. Focus on a heart-opening flow followed by a deep, extended gratitude meditation to lock in the quiet stillness you've cultivated over the weekend.
Enjoy a relaxed, unhurried breakfast
Post breakfast we checkout and take a cab to Kalka Station and board the evening shatabdi to Delhi.
