Muay Thai Training New Year - Thailand (26 December 2026 - 1 January 2027)

 

Beyond Sightseeing: Experiential trips for women who wish to have experiences and not just sightseeing.

 

Muay Thai is Thailand’s national sport and one of the world's most effective striking martial arts. It earns the title "The Art of Eight Limbs" by transforming every point of the human body into a dedicated weapon: fists for range and precision, shins for heavy power kicks, and knees and elbows for devastating close-quarters damage.

 

Day 1: Arrival in Thailand - Krabi


Arrive at Krabi airport and meet your group & the tour buddy. We will head straight to

our hotel and check-in. 

 

Visit Muay Thai gym and do a light mobility/stretch session.

 

Enjoy a relaxed evening at Ao Nang market and have dinner

 

Overnight at Krabi Hotel

 

Day 2: First Training Block & Recovery

 

Post an early breakfast, head to Muay Thai Gym

 

Have you first Muay Thai Session which goes on for approx 2 hours.  

 

Post the session, enjoy a relaxing Thai full body massage for recovery. 

 

Enjoy the sunset at Klong Muang Beach. 

 

Overnight at Krabi Hotel

 

Day 3: Muay Thai & Railay Kayak with sunset

 

Post an early breakfast, head to Muay Thai Gym

 

Have you second Muay Thai Session which goes on for approx 2 hours.  

 

Afternoon: Take a 10-minute long-tail boat from Ao Nang to Railay Beach.

 

Enjoy a lazy afternoon at the beach, we will hire kayak to paddle around ( 2 people in each kayak) 

 

Head back to Krabi post sunset. Evening is free.

Day 4: Full-Day Private Boat Tour to the Hong Islands (Rest Day)

 

Give your muscles a rest from the gym and charter a private long-tail boat from Ao Nang/Nopparat Thara pier directly to the Hong Archipelago.

Evening return to Krabi

 

Overnight at Krabi Hotel

 

Day 5: Two-Session Power Day

 

Post an early breakfast, head to Muay Thai Gym

 

Have you third Muay Thai Session which goes on for approx. 2 hours.  

 

Come back to the hotel and rest in the afternoon. 

 

04:00 PM – 06:00 PM: Muay Thai Session 4 (controlled technical sparring, clinch mechanics, and core burnouts).

 

Evening: Head to a local night market in Ao Nang to explore the street food variety and shopping. 

 

Overnight at Krabi Hotel

 

Day 6: Final Muay Thai session + Party Night

 

Post an early breakfast, head to Muay Thai Gym

 

Have you final Muay Thai Session which goes on for approx. 2 hours.  

 

Afternoon is free to rest at the hotel. 

 

We will do a bar hop at night and enjoy the famous Krabi Pub Ritual. 

 

Overnight at Krabi hotel.

 

Day 7: End of Trip

 

Post breakfast, get dropped to Krabi airport for your flight back home
