Bhutan Women only Trip (6 - 11 June 2026)
Day wise itinerary specially designed by Wander Womaniya for women only solo trips in India
Day 1: Bagdogra to Phuentsholing
Reach Bagdogra by morning flight, meet your tour buddy and the group, and we will leave for Phuentsholing (Bhutan). The scenic drive takes you through the lush foothills of North Bengal, passing through tea gardens and small towns. We need to reach the Indo - Bhutan border before 3PM in order to be allowed to complete immigration same day.
Upon arrival Phuentsholing, check in to your hotel. Rest after a long day and enjoy dinner.

Day 2: Phuentsholing → Thimphu (170 km | 6–7 Hours)
After breakfast, begin your scenic journey to Thimphu, the capital of Bhutan. Drive through the beautiful mountain roads of southern Bhutan, passing through Gedu and Chukha. Arrive in Thimphu by evening. we will explore the Clock Tower Square followed by dinner with hopping time at Handicrafts Bazaar.

Day 3: Explore Thimphu - Punakha via Dochula Pass (75 km | 3 Hours)
After an early breakfast, we start exploring Thimphu. We will visit Buddha Dordenma – Giant statue with valley views and Folk Heritage Museum. Post lunch leave for Punakha.
Overnight stay at Punakha Hotel
Day 4: Punakha → Paro (120 km | 3.5–4 Hours)
Post an early breakfast, we hit the road again to the charming valley town of Paro. We will visit Rinpung Dzong fortress & Ta Dzong - The national museum.

Day 5: Paro – Hike to Tiger’s Nest Monastery (Taktsang)
Early morning departure for a hike to Tiger’s Nest Monastery – Bhutan’s most iconic site perched on a cliff. The round-trip hike takes around 6–7 hours.Overnight stay at Paro Hotel
Day 6: Paro – Phuentsholing
We start post breakfast from Paro, complete the exit formalities and check in at Phuentsholing hotel.
Day 7: Phuentsholing - Bagdogra Drop (End of Trip)
Post breakfast checkout and reach Bagdogra to end the trip at Bagdogra airport where you can board the flights back home & cherish the happiest country forever.
