    Day 1 Welcome to South Africa

     

    Arrive at Cape Town Airport & meet your tour buddy along rest of the group. Upon arrival get transferred to your hotel and checkin. Evening is free to stroll around and get a feel of the place. We will meet for dinner. 

     

    Day 2 Table Top & Penguins

     

    Post an early breakfast, we will see the highlights of the Cape Town area in a single day on this full day trip. Admire the colorful houses of Bo Kaap, ride a cable car ride up and down Table Mountain, embark on a scenic drive along Chapman's Peak, and visit the penguin colony of Boulder's Beach.

    Day 3 Cape Town (Optional Helicopter Tour) 

     

    Today is a free day for you to explore Cape Town on your own, ask your tpur buddy for reccomendations of what all to do in the city. The biggest reccomendation however will be to enroll yourself for a helicopter ride for an unforgettable flight over Cape Town.

    Day 4 Hermanus - Whale Watching

     

    Hermanus is a town of natural beauty where you can explore its quaint shops, galleries, enjoy a meal while enjoying panoramic views over Walker Bay Go for a walk along the kloof top pathways which offers some of the the best shore-based whale watching opportunities in the world during season where close sightings of the Southern Right whale are highly likely. We will do our best to catch sightings of the whales. 

     

    This tour to Hermanus stands out for its perfect blend of scenic beauty, whale watching, wine tasting, and exploration of the town's charming attractions. The scenic coastal drive, panoramic views, and the opportunity to witness Southern Right whales up close make for a truly unforgettable experience. The visit to the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley and the indulgence in exceptional wines, coupled with the culinary delights of the Peregrine Farm Store, add a touch of sophistication and sensory pleasure to the tour.

    Day 5 Oudtshoorn

     

    Post breakfast, checkout from Cape town and head to Oudtshoorn. It is roughly 5 hour journey. Upon reaching Oudtshoorn, check in to your hotel.

    Day 6 Cango Caves & Meet the Ostritch 

     

    Post breakfast we head to an Ostritch Safari tour where you can meet the biggest birds followed by visiting the best cave structure in whole of South Africa.

      We generally operate small groups which has approx 5 - 15 members.

      You can join solo, and we will pair you with another solo female traveller if you book a double haring room.

      Local Transportation is usually done via Tempo Travellers or Private Mini Buses (Comfortable with Air conditioners - except hills)

      In some cases, we might also SUV / Public Volvo (Shared with travelers outside the group / Cars / Multi-utility vehicles, etc as per logistical requirements.

    • Important Information

       NOTE: Normal Check-in and Check-out time is 03:00 PM and 12:00 noon respectively in hotels. Early check-in / Late Checkout is available at an extra cost.

       

      NOTE: Airport transfer is at fixed time (depending on the majority of arrival and departure time of the group) - Any early or late transfer will be charged extra.

    • Visa

      Indian citizens require a visa to visit South Africa for tourism purposes. The good news is that the South African visa application process for Indians is relatively straightforward. Here's a quick overview of what you need to know:

      Documents required:

      • A valid passport with at least two blank pages and a validity period of at least 30 days beyond your intended departure date from South Africa.
      • Completed visa application form (DHA-1738).
      • Two recent passport-sized photographs.
      • Proof of sufficient funds for your stay in South Africa, such as bank statements or traveler's checks.
      • Yellow fever vaccination certificate (if required).
      • Proof of onward or return travel tickets.
      • Proof of accommodation bookings.

      Visa fees:

      The visa fee for Indian citizens is currently waived. However, there is a service charge payable to the visa application center.

      Processing time:

      The processing time for a South African visa is typically 10-15 working days. However, it is advisable to apply well in advance of your trip, especially during peak season.
