Itinerary:
Day 1: Pickup from Airport, drop at airport. Obernight at hotel
Day 2 – Borjomi national park Borjomi – lungs of Georiga, famous with fresh air, green surroundings and mineral water called BORJIMI. Will visit Borjomi Botanical garden and its attractions. Take a cable car and enjoy with panoramic view of this city. Will walk across the forest to the natural hot waters pool, where water temperature stays always unchanged during whole year.
Day 3 – Kutaisi, Sataplia cave, Okatse canyon Our first stop would be Sataplia cave - where the footprints of Herbivorous and Raptor dinosaurs of different epochs are found. Sataplia dinosaurs are called “Satapliazaurus” and are different from Europian dinosaurs. Easy pedestrian tourist routes are convenient for family travel and provide an opportunity to visit the conservation building of dinosaur footprints, exhibition hall, unique karst caves, Colchic Forest and the wild bee habitat area. A beautiful view of Imereti region overlooks from the glass panoramic construction. Next point would be Okatse Canyon - 2-3 hour pedestrian route passes through Dadiani historical forest, 780 m length hanging trail and finishes with panoramic view, where visitors can take memorable photos by “Smart Selfie” Camera.

Day 4 - Mtskheta, Jvary monastery Mtskheta – the first capital of Georiga, Famous with Svetitsxoveli Cathedral, the cathedral is the second largest church building in Georgia and is listed as a UNSECO World Heritage Site along with other historical monuments of Mtskheta. Next stop would be Jvari monastery which is located on the top of mountain and dates back in 6th century. The name is translated as the Monastery of Cross. it is listed as a World Heritage site by UNESCO. During a tour you are offered to sail across the river via boat where the river Mtkvari and Aragvi meets each other.
Overnight in Tbilisi
Day 5 -Tbilisi Our driver will pick you up from your place of stay in Tbilisi and you’ll start the exploration of the capital city. At first, you visit Turtle Lake via rope-way and enjoy with superb view of the city. Then, take a ride on a funicular which will take you to Mtatsminda Mountain. Take a walk in the park and enjoy panoramic views over the city. Spend some time there and then stroll down to Tbilisi. Take cable car to Narikala Fortress . Walk down to the district of Sulphur bath houses. Walk along the narrow streets of Old Town Tbilisi, full of traditional houses cozy cafés, wine tasting bars, souvenir shops and peaceful parks. Taste traditional food and wine

Day 6 –Departure from Tbilisi • Breakfast in the hotel • Check out form the hotel by noon time • Transfer to the airport

Gastronomy Nothing tells you more about the spirit and culture of a country than its cuisine. Georgian national dishes are amongst the best in the world for their diversity and taste. Each historical province of the country has its own distinct culinary tradition that was refining for centuries. Especially distinguished and unique are Imeretian, Megrelian and Kakhetian cuisines.
Traditional Georgian feast is called “Supra”. The list of dishes that will charm you at the “Supra” is endless, yet some of them should be distinguished:
1. Khachapuri – Georgian cheese bread, also known abroad as a Georgian pizza. You can try different sorts of khachapuri in various regions of Georgia to experience unique taste – it is just wow! 2. Pkhaleuli – vegetarian dishes from a variety of spiced plants and vegetables usually with a walnut paste base, similar to spinach, but each having a unique taste and seasoning. 3. Satsivi – chicken or turkey in a walnut sauce with garlic and spices. It is so much appetizing that no diet will resist! 4. Khinkali – Georgian national dish. Juicy meat dumplings are made to be eaten by hand using a special technique that can be learned only here. It is so delicious that you have to visit Georgia just to try khinkali! 5. Mtsvadi – Georgian barbeque, meat grilled to perfection over a grape vinewood fire with bay leaf and fresh pomegranate juice squeezed over it. 6. Churchkhela – walnuts on a thread repeatedly dipped into a hot grape mixture, then hung to dry and harden in natural conditions. Churchkhela is Georgian national dessert.
Wine Hectares of vineyards, Rtveli (Georgian harvesting) accompanied with polyphonic singing and clay vessels (Kvevri) full of wine – this is Georgia. Wine is everything here - everyone loves it. Every family will treat you with their own wine with great pleasure and pride. Vineyard is a sacred place for Georgians and winemaking – our beloved tradition. Country with population around 3.5 million, yearly produces approximately 150 million liters of wine.
Georgia has 8000 years of unbroken tradition of winemaking, which is proved by multiple archeological excavations and historical facts. The modern world recognized Georgia as the homeland of wine. According to one version, English word - wine derived from Georgian “ghvino”. It is worth mentioning that Qvevri wine making method was included in UNESCO’s intangible cultural heritage list in 2013. In Georgia, there are more than 500 different endemic species of grape, from which the best quality wine is made. Special and unique Georgian wines are: Saperavi, Rkatsiteli, Kindzmarauli, Tsitska-Tsolikauri, Khvanchkara, Tvishi, Usakhelauri, Ojaleshi, etc.
