About the event

Day 1 – Day 1 – Sunday, 3rd November (includes

dinner) Amman – Arrival

Begin your Jordan and Israel tour by arriving at Queen Alia International Airport in

Amman. Group visa on arrival and group transfer to the hotel. • (Please check flight timings with us before booking.) • Evening at leisure. • You may stroll around Rainbow Street in the evening if you feel up for it.

Day 2– Monday, 4th November (includes Breakfast and

Lunch) Amman – Madaba- Mount Nebo- Amman

• Start the day with a tour of Amman. Visit the Amman citadel, the Roman theatre, and the

downtown area.

• Then proceed to the small and charming town of Madaba, known for its fine Byzantine

mosaics preserved in its churches and museums, including the oldest Map of the Holy Land

in the church of St. George.

• Then we drive to Mount Nebo, comprising a series of mountain peaks. Having led the

Israelites for forty years through the wilderness, Moses finally saw, from this vantage point,

the Promised Land that God had forbidden him to enter.

Day 3– Tuesday, 5th November (includes Breakfast) Amman –

Petra

• Enjoy a half-day visit at the Petra historical site.

• Built in the 3rd century, the Nabateans carved palaces, temples, tombs, storerooms, and

stables from the sandstone cliffs. We spend the entire day in Petra, or the Rose City, known

as Sela in the Bible and lost to the world for five centuries until it was rediscovered in 1812.

• Optional: Petra Kitchen for dinner.

Petra Kitchen is not a restaurant, but a local initiative to get a hands-on experience of Jordanian

culture by working with a team of locals (both men and women) to prepare ingredients, cook an

evening meal, and then eat together.

Day 4– Wednesday, 7th November (includes breakfast and

dinner) Petra- Wadi Rum

• After breakfast we go on another half-day visit at Petra.

• In the afternoon, drive to the Arabian desert, Wadi Rum, and spend a night with the

Bedouins.

• On arrival we proceed on a two-hour, 4X4 jeep desert safari.

• Evening at leisure at the camp.

• Enjoy dinner at the camp with the Bedouins.

Day 5– Thursday, 8th November (includes breakfast and

dinner) Wadi Rum- Dead Sea

• Today we drive to the lowest point on earth, the Dead Sea.

• Float in the Dead Sea and get that mandatory photograph of yourself reading a book!

• Evening at leisure.

Day 6 – Friday, 9th November (includes breakfast) Dead Sea – Jerusalem

• We bid farewell to Jordan and transfer to the Allenby Bridge to cross over to Israel.

• Originally built in 1885 by the Ottoman government, this bridge was rebuilt in 1918 by

the British general Edmund Allenby.

• Proceed to visit the new city of Jerusalem and Mount of Olives: olive groves once

covered the slopes of the mountain, hence the name.

• The mount has been used as a Jewish cemetery for over 3,000 years, holding more

than a lakh graves. The site is also of Biblical significance, prominently regarded as

the place from where Jesus ascended to Heaven, and is a prominent pilgrimage site

today.

Day 7 – Saturday, 10th November (includes breakfast) Jerusalem

• We go on a full-day tour of Jerusalem Old City. We visit the holy sites, the historic

sites, and the bazaar.

• Evening at leisure.

Day 8 – Sunday, 11th November (includes breakfast) Jerusalem – Bethlehem –

Masada – Tel Aviv

• Depart to visit Bethlehem.

• Bethlehem is identified as the city David hailed from and where he was crowned the king of

Israel. It is also known as the birthplace of Jesus. Today, Bethlehem is a major Christian

pilgrimage place.

• Continue to visit Masada, the ancient fortress in the Judean desert, on a huge plateau

overlooking the Dead Sea.

• Later, transfer to Tel Aviv.

Day 9 – Monday, 12th November (includes breakfast) Tel Aviv – Jaffa – Tel Aviv

• Embark on a panoramic tour of Tel Aviv, the second most populous city in Israel, the

first being Jerusalem.

• Meaning ‘Hill of Spring’ in Hebrew, Tel Aviv is a vibrant and modern city, full of

restaurants and party life.

• Next stop is the ancient port city of Jaffa, also famous for the Biblical stories of Jonah,

Solomon, and Saint Peter.

• Head back to Tel Aviv by evening.

Day 10 – Tuesday, 13th November (includes breakfast)

Tel Aviv – Caesarea – Akko – Haifa – Nazareth

• Today we visit Caesarea, known for its huge Roman amphitheatre and the historic

port.

• Continue towards Akko (or Acre), the port city known for its well-preserved old city

walls. In a tunnel in the walls is the ‘Treasures in the Walls’ museum, depicting daily

life from the Ottoman era to the 20th century.

• Drive further to visit Haifa, the third largest city in Israel.

• Then proceed to Nazareth.

Day 11 – Wednesday, 14th November (includes breakfast and dinner) Nazareth –

Sea of Galilee – Capernaum – Mount of Beatitudes – Nazareth

• Visit the historical city of Nazareth today.

• Nazareth comes with bagful of biblical history. It is believed at the domed Basilica of

the Annunciation the angel Gabriel told Mary she would bear a child. St. Joseph’s

Church is said to be the site of Joseph’s carpentry workshop. The underground

Synagogue Church is believed to be the site where Jesus prayed and studied.

• Proceed to see the Sea of Galilee, or Lake Tiberias, a freshwater lake.

• Continue to visit the ancient fishing village of Capernaum and then the Mount of

Beatitudes, believed to be the hill from where Jesus delivered the Sermon on the

Mount.

Day 12 – Thursday, 15th November (includes breakfast) Nazareth – Amman – Departure

• Depart Nazareth and head back to Amman via Allenby Bridge.

• Transfer to Queen Alia International Airport in Amman and fly back to your destination.

Single supplement – Rs. 55,000 (without GST at 5%)

If there is a variation of more than 5% in the USD to rupee conversion rate – the cost will

be revised at the time of raising the final invoice.

We need minimum 9 confirmations to do this tour.

• Any personal expenses, such as laundry, phone calls, portage, etc.

• Any cost arising out of unforeseen circumstances like ill-health, land blocks, bad

weather, etc.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Upto 90 days before departure – full refund

Between 90 days and 50 days – booking deposit is non-refundable

Between 50 days and 30 days – 75% refund

Between 30 days and 25 days – 25% refund

No refund thereafter for any cancellation or no-show
